You must submit your application through the CSC’s online application procedure in addition to any other applications that your desired university may require. Applications not submitted using the online application system will not be accepted by the CSC.

  • references from at least two people, on official letterhead or in an email with the sender’s information clearly visible

The online application system requires that supporting documents be submitted as files no more than 5 MB in size and in one of the following file types: PDF,.doc,.docx,.odt,.jpg, or.jpeg. Any other file types, such as Zip files and PDF portfolios, will not be accepted.

Prior to submitting their application, applicants must obtain permission from their referees. They must also make sure that their referees have received the reference request email from the online application system and are ready to complete the reference by the deadline.
